Measurecraft 200

The Measurecraft 200 is
a heavy duty surface wind machine. It has two drives that work as a unit
due to the electronics; however, both drives are reversible. The rear
or "feed drive" is a slave drive to the front or "take-up" drive. Speed
of the rear drive can be set to feed the material a little faster if you
want to roll or measure tensionless. This works well if you have a material
like a "T shirt" tubular material, and you do not want to stretch the
material. If you have a stable material, and you want a good tightly rolled
bolt of material, then the rear drive is set to feed a little slower.
Three sizes of inserts come with the machine for different bolt sizes.
For bolts that are not round, a bar is inserted through the bolt and into
the guides to stabilize the roll while feeding it off. All of our machines
have industrial grade electronics, and they can be set to any measure
increment you need.
